Phenethylammonium thiocyanate (2-phenylethylamine thiocyanate; PEASCN; CAS 2656409-76-4) has been used with success as a 2D additive mixed with Phenethylammonium Iodide (PEAI; CAS Number: 151059-43-7) to develop a 2D-3D mixed wide-bandgap perovskite (Kim et al., 2020). The addition of phenethylammonium thiocyanate is used to deliver a high-quality crystal growth and preferred alignment in quasi-2D tin perovskite solar cells (Wang et al., 2023).
Use Greatcell Solar Materials’ high purity Phenethylammonium thiocyanate for your research projects.
